Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any service on vaex, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered traders, and API users. VAEX reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice posted on this page.

Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to register. VAEX services are not available in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with local regulations.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to use VAEX for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity prohibited under applicable law. Violations result in immediate account suspension and potential legal referral.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. VAEX will never ask for your password. Any unauthorized access must be reported to our security team within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on vaex are the exclusive property of VAEX Technologies Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of any platform content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

VAEX is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, user error, network failures beyond our control, or unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAEX's total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the 30 days prior to the incident.

Third-Party Services

VAEX integrates with third-party payment processors, compliance providers, and blockchain networks. VAEX is not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third-party services.

Account Security

VAEX employs cold storage, two-factor authentication, and continuous monitoring. You agree to enable 2FA and to notify [email protected] immediately of any suspected security breach.

Your Rights

You may request account closure and full data export at any time. Outstanding balances must be withdrawn before closure. VAEX will process closure requests within 5 business days.

Changes to Terms

VAEX will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of vaex after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
